Our 14-day return policy ensures customer satisfaction with every purchase from our e-commerce site. Should you need a refund or exchange, please adhere to the guidelines mentioned below:
To initiate a return or exchange, submit a request to support@brananlaw.com within 14 days of delivery. Include the following information in your request:
Your order number
SKU number of the product for return or exchange
Evidence of the product's issue or defect (images or video)
Please ensure returned items are in their original unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, complete with all packaging and labels intact. Otherwise, the buyer will be liable for any incurred fees, and a refund will not be issued.
For return shipping, use registered mail services with online delivery tracking to ensure secure delivery. We cannot guarantee the safe reception of untraceable returned orders.
The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs in certain cases:
1. Incorrect Order: If a product or size was chosen mistakenly, the customer must cover shipping fees to and from our warehouse for a replacement. Refunds will only cover the original product price.
2. Unwanted Item: Customers must contact us within 7 days of receipt if they no longer wish to keep the product.
Following the inspection of the returned items, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be issued through the original method of payment within one week. Please note that original order shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, certain items are ineligible for return, such as swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, sleepwear, earrings, body piercings, health and personal care items, sanitary goods, and final sale items.
